Have been receiving more questions regarding The Wesak Festival Meditation

A Loving Atma Namaste!

1. Is there a particular time during which more the Divine Energy “Pours Down” – during the Wesak? When does it occur?

The approximately 8-9... minute period of the Divine DownPouring of Energies & Blessings – usually Begins – is normally about 9-14 minutes into the Ceremony.

(It has been noted that the precise time of when the Actual Downpouring begins – may vary slightly from year to year – perhaps due to our human inability to calculate with Divine Perfection the exact time to begin the Meditation Ceremony. Sensitive Participants may feel waves of Energy during this time & some report “seeing” Golden Light – at this time.
Note: Past reliance for the time calculation of the Wesak has come from various expert sources. But the preferred resource of our Beloved Guruji Master Choa Kok Sui – is Lucis Trust.)

It is exactly during the 8-9 minute period mentioned above - when the Divine Energies “Come Down”. This is considered to be “the most powerful period” because this is when the Wesak Blessings are poured onto us and onto our Beloved Mother Earth. According to our personal recollection this “DownPouring” normally begins approximately 13-18 minutes after the Beginning of the Session – not immediately at the beginning.

2. What is the correct geometric design to use for The Wesak Ceremony – in our Tradition? The Design is attached.

Please remember to be Mindful of the following recommendations:

1. Students should observe ALL Purification Practices for a minimum of 2-3 weeks prior to the Wesak. 

2. Proper Physical Exercise should be undertaken daily - in order to strengthen the Physical Body, so that it may withstand & hold the greatest amount of Energy safely & store it properly.

3. Internal Psychological Purification should be done Diligently & Daily.

4. Participants should also Meditate Daily during this period. 

5.Once the Conscious Intention of Every Participant, has been enhanced through the clearing away of personal negative thoughts, words & actions – then full attention may be turned - to becoming a World Server – to becoming fully focused on Uplifting & Transforming the Consciousness of all of Mankind.

6. The Objective is for each group is: to Mentally & Spiritually join with All other related groups – wherever they may be - in order to bring down - into the Physical World - as much Spiritual Energy as possible ... 

7. Why? To Spread Good Will & using the Divine Energy given through “Acting out our Goodness” …

8. On the day of the Wesak Ceremony, Participants should do a preliminary "run through" of the Ceremony. The Ceremony is best done in as large a group as possible.
(Instructions for the forming of the main group were provided a few days ago).

9. At the end of the Wesak Ceremony ... students may sit for as long a period of time as is comfortable for their system - so as to continue to absorb the Energy
and Release the Energy through Blessing every person & every being – without exception.

10. Then they should again do very thorough Physical Exercise. 

11. Spend the remainder of the day in relative seclusion – in order to more fully internalize the Deep Silence, Inner Peace & Transformational Nature of the Energy of these Great Great Blessings. 

12. Once these Divine Energies have been received – it is up to us to Hold, Maintain & Utilize them to the fullest possible extent – with an attitude of Deepest Gratitude.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOLDING THE WESAK FESTIVAL MEDITATION CEREMONY

1. The Venue may be in any quiet, energetically clean place.
Both indoor & outdoor locations are OK.

2. The Wesak Festival is always on the Full Moon of Taurus.
It MUST be celebrated on the Exact Date & at the Exact Time.

The Wesak Festival Celebration Meditation this year will be on:
6 May 2012

The Actual Time of this year’s Wesak Meditation is:
03:36 GMT/UTC

The Wesak Ceremony Meditation should begin at the exact equivalent local time.
To find the correct local time is easy.

It is advised that all participants in this Ceremony be in their positions a minimum of 30 minutes before the Meditation begins.
Please arrive a minimum of one hour in advance.

3. The Live Annual Wesak Festival Celebration Audio Stream will be available through the Planetary Peace Movement at: http://www.ppmaudiostream.org/

Please check with your local center for the time of a Wesak Ceremony in your area.
4. All participants should be seated facing the East Direction.
Use an accurate compass to determine the correct direction.

5. It is preferable for all people attending the Wesak Celebration Ceremony to wear white or light-colored clothing.
If you wish to sit on the floor, bring your own meditation cushion or mat with you.

6. A core group of twenty-one (21) people is needed to conduct a Wesak Meditation Ceremony. However if in your area 21 people are not available – you may simply do meditation at the same time, together with others throughout the world – by holding the strong thought, “We are One!”

For those groups of 21 or more, divide the participants into 3 groups:

A. A FIVE POINTED STAR
Consisting of 5 Members.

B. A CIRCLE OF SEVEN
Consisting of 7 Members.

C. A CIRCLE OF NINE
Consisting of 9 Members.

7. All other participants in the assembly should sit either behind or around this group of twenty-one people.

8. Each year for many years our Beloved Guruji Master Choa
personally guided the participants attending the Wesak Ceremony.

For many years these Wesak Ceremonies were recorded by Charlotte Anderson.
They continue to be used in accordance with the pattern long established by our Guruji.
His desire for students to partake in the opportunity to join this powerful Celebration – resulted in Broadcasts to students around the world - through the PPM Audio Stream.
This made it possible for thousands to annually join their Hands & Hearts together with their Spiritual Teacher during this Special Celebration.
With great happiness, we continue the tradition.

9. The Wesak Ceremony is comprised of Three Phases & is conducted in the following way:

PHASE ONE: THE RECITATION OF THE GREAT INVOCATION

A. THE STAR OF FIVE
The Star of Five connect their Forehead Chakras to the other members of this group, using a Golden Ray of Metallic Light - forming a Five Pointed Star.

B. THE CIRCLE OF SEVEN
The Circle of Seven also connect their foreheads together with the other members of their group, using Golden Rays of Light.
They visualize a Golden Circle connecting their group together.

C. THE CIRCLE OF NINE
The Circle of Nine visualize their foreheads being connected together with Golden Light, also forming a Golden Circle. They visualize a Golden Circle connecting with the other members of their group.

The rest of the Assembly may silently say, “We are One.”

d. The whole assembly then chants The Mantra “OM”, led by our Beloved Guruji Master Choa.

e. The entire assembly recites the Great Invocation  led by our Beloved Guruji Master Choa.

f. Next our Guruji Master Choa again leads the chanting  of The Mantra “OM.”


PHASE TWO: THE MEDITATION ON TWIN HEARTS

A. THE FIVE POINTED STAR
The Star of Five, the “Inner Group,” will now be requested
to connect Heart to Heart - by envisioning Golden Metallic Rays of Light connecting their hearts to the hearts of the other members of their Group.

B. A CIRCLE OF SEVEN
The Circle of Seven will then be instructed to connect Heart to Heart – visualizing and forming a Golden Circle of Light connecting them with the other members of their group.

C. A CIRCLE OF NINE
The Circle of Nine will then be instructed to connect Heart to Heart visualizing & forming a Golden Circle of Light, connecting them  with the other members of their group - forming an outer circle around the two other groups.

a. Our Beloved Guruji Master Choa will then guide us in the activation of the Heart Chakra – through Practicing The Meditation on Twin Hearts – Wesak Version.

The rest of the participants will follow the Meditation on Twin Hearts in the usual manner and form the Intention of becoming One – by silently saying, “We are One.”

b. Our Beloved Master Choa will lead the assembly in chanting the Mantra Om Mani Padme Hum.


PHASE THREE: A PERIOD OF SILENCE


ADDITIONAL NOTES:

It is recommended that at the location of the actual event,  the participants hold one or two Practice Sessions prior to the Wesak Ceremony itself.

Marks may be used on the floor (or ground) - in order to clearly  designate the location of the Star & the Circles.

We hope that you will invite as many people as possible to join this beautiful Wesak Festival Ceremony, in order to help heal Mother Earth and to create a more peaceful & productive World.

This powerful Wesak Festival Ceremony generates tremendous amounts of energy.
Therefore, Excess Energy must be released by continuing to send Blessings.

Becoming Transparent is Preparation for the Golden Age

Our Beloved Guruji Master Choa Kok Sui - forewarned this soul, that during the current period - going forward for several years (means "two to three") from 2011 - there could be communication disruptions - even massive ones - in computers, mobile phones and various types of electronic equipment.

The current number of "Solar Flares" may be one scientific explanation for a wide variety of events many report they are currently experiencing. 

For example - when Solar Flare Activity is high, one's Psyche may feel "disquieted".

These "Galactic Events" may particularly affect those who are "Sensitive" - a condition common among healers or Energy Practitioners - who frequently receive 'information" in the course of their daily lives - IF they have not yet learned to "turn off & turn on" the channel to the Inner World - or World of Consciousness & Inner Awareness. 

The unanticipated "influences" or "pressures" we may feel from Solar Events are not particular to any one person - they will affect different people in different ways - so we need to Practice NOT becoming Emotionally Entangled when the unexpected arises.

So stand back, Smile & understand that these events are affecting Every Person & Every Being... 

When the Unforeseen does arise - consider this to be a period of Karmic Training - & quietly remember, that none of us will ever experience ANYTHING that we are not Karmically Entitled to experience :):) & during this "Training", Invoke & Ask to develop & maintain both Internal & External Composure.

By becoming "Internally Still", we may better understand MANY people - including those whom we know, as well as those with whom we only interact with infrequently - may also be unconsciously be experiencing similar internal conditions - which may cause their reactions to be unpredictable or unstable.

It is therefore required for us to Practice FAR GREATER PATIENCE in many situations.

Day to day, it is advised to take a little more TIME each day for Spiritual Practices.

Take the Precaution - of Practicing Blue Triangle, the Virtues, & the Meditation on Twin Hearts or the Planetary Meditation for Peace Daily - which will assist in reducing excessive reactions - when the unanticipated does happen!! Remember ... Dukkha does happen - because it helps us to develop "Spiritual Muscles" & to Evolve.

Please do not rush everywhere.

Slow down! Drive a little more slowly - and maintain your Equanimity whatever happens.

Develop the fine art of "Being the silent observer" ...

It is not always necessary to "have the first word" or "the last word" or to say ANYTHING at all - in many situations!

Simply Relax and FLOW from each "Moment of Now" ... into the next Moment ...

IF someone else reacts in an exaggerated or unexpectedly strong way -
try to maintain YOUR Emotional Equilibrium! The reaction of others is THEIR issue - so why should we let THEIR issues become ours?

This kind of Conscious Living requires more Understanding!

If life goes somewhat "off track" for a day -

Remember that all of the collective exasperating or frustrating circumstances in our lives -- are NOT necessarily "psychic attack" (pa)!

This "pa category" of events is frequently a convenient catch all for everything that happens to go wrong in our lives. How completely foolish to buy into such useless ideas!

Mostly the PA story is not true ... as we CANNOT Receive what we have not given - This is the Law!

Rethink the situation and consider this as an Opportunity - to try to understand more deeply the "Purpose & Causes" of our Pain, Sorrow & Suffering... or of our Frustration, Exasperation, state of Disquietude.

Than rather than immediately Attaching to the idea that Everything is coming from the deliberate projection of someone else, somewhere else - begin to look more deeply! IS that what is REALLY happening or not??

In 1996, this soul had an interesting conversation with Mang Mike Nator. charlotte was discussing the topic of pa with him after the "1st World Covention" in Manila.

Mang Mike said, "Charlotte ... just become Transparent!" When you Practice Transparency - then pa will simply "pass through" you ... We immediately adapted his sage advice - although sometimes it still takes time to "process" incoming information :):)

Practically this means, we should Practice Daily being the best we can be.

It means we should CONSTANTLY FOCUS our complete Attention on the Teacher & the Teachings ... no matter what happens!!

It means that "No Matter What" anyone else DOES (to us or against us), "

No Matter" what anyone else says (about us or against us) - that we remain UNAFFECTED - in the FULL & Complete Knowledge that we are the Spiritual Children of our Beloved Spiritual Teacher, we are the "Children of the Most High" & we are Spiritually One with All!

After several days of a quiet Sun, the solar activity is now high again. Big sunspot AR1429, which emerged on March 2nd, is crackling with strong flares. This morning brought the strongest so far--an X1-class eruption on March 5th at 0413 UT.

This flare propelled a bright Coronal Mass Ejection into Space, which will probably miss Earth, but hit Mercury and Venus.

Even if this CME misses, high-latitude sky watchers should still be alert for auroras in the nights ahead. An M2-class eruption from the same sunspot on March 4th produced another, wider CME that might yet intersect Earth. The cloud is expected to deliver a glancing blow to our planet's magnetic field on March 6th at 04:30 UT (+/- 7 hr).

But tonight after working for nearly 20 hours preparing a Presentation for an Instructor who needed it we suddenly thought about our life with Master.

Like many couples we had a special "Song"... "The Moon Represents my Heart"

Sometimes in the evening we would sit in the Mezzanine lounge in the Manila Pennisula Hotel.

The orchestra always recognized us ... and would immediately play "our song"

Chanting "The Mantra which Calms All Suffering" ...

Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha!

  

There are no mantras in the 600 volumes of the Prajna Paramita Sutras - which includes The Heart Sutra at the End of which there is a Mantra.

So, to have this mantra at the end is rather unusual.

It is called "The Mantra which Calms All Suffering" ... "Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha!"

What does it mean?

It has been translated in many ways ...

One of the beautiful ways is a commentary extracted from "The Heart of Understanding": by Thich Nhat Hanh.

He says:

"Through mindfulness we experience "Interbeing" which means everything is in everything else.
Therefore, one should know that Perfect Understanding is a great mantra, is the highest mantra, is the unequaled mantra, the destroyer of all suffering, the incorruptible truth."

Other interpretations include but are not limited to:

• Gone ... Gone Beyond
  Which has gone altogether beyond
  Freed from Suffering ... or What an Awakening!
• Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone altogether beyond. Oh what an awakening! All hail!
• Gone, gone, gone beyond altogether beyond, Awakening, fulfilled!
• Gone, gone, gone to the Other Shore, attained the Other Shore having never left.
• Gone, gone, totally gone, totally completely gone, enlightened, so be it.
• "Oh, you have done! You have done! You have completely crossed the margin.
  This is Enlightenment! Congratulations!"
• "Homage to the Awakened Mind which has crossed over to the other shore - which has gone altogether beyond freed from suffering"

Cultivate a Strong Connection with Source - Life Positive India

Excerpts from an interview with charlotte anderson, co-founder, planetary peace movement international

The “spiritual consort” of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, Charlotte Anderson is a spiritual teacher who was personally trained by Master Choa Kok Sui to conduct the workshops conceptualised and designed by him. She is also the compiler, transcriber, and editor of nine of Master Choa Kok Sui’s books. Co-Founder of Planetary Peace Movement International, Charlotte Anderson is also the founder of the Endowment Fund for World Peace and Global Healing, USA, and Founder, Pranic Healing European Charitable Foundation.

Charlotte Anderson (CA) spoke to Life Positive during the three-day Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Retreat she facilitated in Chennai in January 2009. An intriguing aspect of the interview was her use of the collective pronoun ‘We’ over the personal pronoun ‘I’ as the former, according to her, energises the quality of humility in an individual.

What is the relevance of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings in a contemporary context?

Most people only know of Master Choa Kok Sui as the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. Nevertheless, in fact, he was a master of energy, whose teachings embody the application of energy techniques given for the transformation of energy from one state to another. His teachings are comprehensive in nature and cover every aspect of life from the physical body, environment, emotional and psychological states, relationships, spirituality, and a wide range of other subjects. The first thing that we should think of is how techniques of energy can be utilised during periods of extreme change: change that may be economic, change that may be physical (with regard to the Earth itself), changes in spite of which people are able to continue to live their lives as they have in the past, changes that may be radical, sudden, expected or unexpected. However, even when anticipated, it sometimes may be difficult for us to comprehend what may be required of us to respond adequately in an informed manner. By using the energy techniques given to us by Master Choa Kok Sui, whatever changes that will occur can be dealt with both on the global level and personal level.

How can these changes be addressed at the personal and global levels?

At the personal level, the first thing that people need to grasp is that we are souls with bodies; not bodies with souls. Secondly, we need to have spiritual techniques that will help us establish a strong connection to the satguru, to higher souls, and to Parabrahman or God. If these aspects of life are not deeply understood and integrated into life, then it becomes difficult to cope with events in one’s life whether they be physical, personal, or within the community.

You talked about a spiritual hotline or a strong connection with Source. Do you see that happening now?

Our personal observation has been that there are groups of people globally from a wide range of backgrounds, religions, and cultures, who are interested in spirituality. They are interested in improving themselves, interested in changing their lives. Ultimately, all of us will be affected by the possible upcoming changes in very profound ways. Therefore, we can prepare ourselves by learning what we can do for ourselves using energy techniques to help improve our lives in very profound ways.

Do you see that happening in terms of a shift in individual and collective consciousness?

The desire for spirituality is the desire to achieve union with the Higher Soul, whether or not it is stated in those particular terms. It is becoming more predominant in the consciousness of people whom we meet on a global basis. From our perspective, people seem to be reaching out for something, a “missing part,” even though it may not be readily identifiable. There is a hunger, a thirst, which needs to be dealt with. Therefore, they try to find it by shopping, by accumulating. They try to fill their lives with objects or with people. However, the thirst will not truly be filled until they understand the spiritual connection – where they are right now and the process of becoming one with the Higher Soul.

Do you see such changes as symbolic of the New Age and as a natural progression of the evolution of consciousness?

According to the book by Master Choa Kok Sui, The Existence of God is Self-evident, life is governed by cycles. In the Indian tradition, one is familiar with the concept of yugas. We know we have passed out of Kali Yuga and are in a state of transition between periods. In the near future, we will enter the Golden Age, but the exact moment we will do so is quite uncertain yet.

We are witnessing a greater involvement of women in spirituality. What does that signify?

The “thirst” is not governed by gender. The desire to evolve particularly occurs during periods of personal crises such as death, illness, change of job, divorce, when the awareness of emptiness becomes predominant in the mind of the individual. Therefore, they look for ways to fill that emptiness, and in the process, they r a wake-up call for the individual concerned. and you begin to transform. When you do so, everything around you also begins to transform.

What are some of the global concerns addressed by the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui?

Master Choa was a deeply compassionate person with a degree of compassion that was highly developed. His teachings and initiatives such as the Planetary Peace Movement International sprung from his humanitarian concerns. Therefore, he gave his students a set of teachings that would enable them to make wise decisions.

Can you share with us some aspects of your journey as a seeker?

‘We’ prefer not to talk about our personal life. ‘Our’ being with Him was a matter of destiny and the actual journey began several lifetimes earlier. Being his spiritual consort and tantric partner ‘our’ responsibility after Master Choa left His physical body was to spread Master Choa’s teachings among people because He was a person of extraordinary Atmic intelligence; an advanced spiritual teacher and a Maha atma whose life and teachings were inseparable.
